To get the to the file manager go to Website/FIle Manager in the HoolaHoop navigation
Upload Files
1. Click on the Browse Files button and select the files from your computer.
2. Once the files are selected click on open and the files will be added
Delete
1. Select the files that should be deleted by clikcing on the checkbox on the left hand side of the file name
2. Click on the Delete Selected button
Organize
Create folders to organize files
1. Navigate to where the new file will be located
2. Click on the button New Folder
3. Enter the name of the folder and click on okay
Download Files
1. Select the file(s) that should be downloaded to your computer
2. Click on the button Download Selected
3. Choose a file location to save the file and click on OK
Preview Files
1. To proeview a file click on the line of the file between the file name and file type
2. A preview of the file, and the file details including file size, image size (if applicable), and actions to rename, copy link, download, or delete.
