1. Go to Form Builder/Forms


2. Click on Add Form


3. Click and drag the Registration question type to the form


4. Click on the edit icon beside the field


5. Registration Settings

    1) Question Label is the label on the form that displays on the backend of HoolaHoop on the forms

    2) Prompt Type should general remain on Plain

    3) Question Prompt is the title of the question that displays on the front end of the website

    4) Merge Tag is the tag that setup to pull the information onto an email template

    5) Display Spots Left determines whether the number of spots available for the event displays on the front end of the form

    6) Default Setting allows the form to default to either register or not

    7)Automatic Registration determines whether users have to select the that they will be registering for the event when filling out the form

    8) Export By Defaults option will automatically add the data to the form and registration report

    9) Select the Event users will be registering for on the form

    10) Use Max Spots to control how many spots a user filling out this form may sign up for. This way how many seats a single person filling out the form may request can be controlled.

8. Save and Close the Form
