1. The name is the title of the event


2. Group corresponds to the registration item group


3. Price is the base cost to attend the event. If there is no cost leave the value at 0.00


4. Additional price is any additional costs that will be applied to the event


5. Enter the date and time that the event begins


6. Enter the event end date and time


7.  Capacity is the number of people who can register for the event


8. Select Waiting List if there should be a list of those who are unable to register due to the capacity of the event being full and allowing them to register if there is an increased capacity or if another registrant pulls out.


9. Enable waiting list notifications if the registrant should receive an email that they re on the waiting list, or if a spot has opened up.


10. The Waitlist Time Limit determines the number of hours that a spot will be open for a registrant on the waitlist to register.

14. Tax exemption: select the taxes that should be exempt from the cost if applicable


15. The user notify template notifies the registrant when they have been successfully registered for the event.

18. Admin Notify Template notifies an administrator when a user has registered for the event



19. Admin Recipient is the email of the administrator that should be notified of registrations
