1.Edit the form that requires a dynamic field merge tag
2. on the dynamic fields within the form, including registration, click on the edit button beside them to adjust settings.
4. in the Merge tag field of the settings and enter a tag DYN_FIELDS
5. To add the tag to a notification email go to the Details/Options tab of the form and click on the edit icon beside the notification you wish to add the tag to
6. Put the tag on the template in the format *|DYN_FIELDS|*
7. Save the template
