If new member membership settings is set to "Require Admin Approval" and administrator must approve, or deny all new accounts
1. Go to Manage Membership/Site Members
2. Click on the Closed/Uncategorized category
3. Select the members that will be authorized
4. Select Activate Accounts from the dropdown list
5. Click on Submit
