New users can be created manually by an administrator from HoolaHoop navigation go to Manage Membership/Members


1. Click on the 'Add Member' button under 'Members'


2. Fill in the applicable fields for personal and contact information. These fields are self explanatory requiring name, email, password, and contact information,



Note: 'User Group' determines the level of access and pages that the user can access and pulls from Membership Groups

Note: ' Tax exemption works with webstore tax exemption settings. If a user should not have to pay certain taxes, then enter the tax exemption number set up in Tax Set Up
