If the add, edit, and copy buttons are hiding, or not displaying for a certain area the content can still be changed by accessing the content area through the treeview sidebar.
Note: in order to find the applicable content area it is important that the content have an asset name
1. Click on the Content icon in the treeview sidebar. It looks like a pencil with written lines
2. From the view find the content area that has the hidden buttons and click on the edit button (blue pencil icon). This will bring up the content to make changes to.
