1. Type the text that you want your users to click on to download the document.
2. Highlight the text that should be linked
3. Click on the Link button in the top right hand corner
4 Click on 'Browse Server'
5. If the document is on the server select it from the file manager. If the document is on your computer click on 'Browse Files'
If the link should open in a new window or tab click on the Target tab in the link properties and select how the link should open.
