1. Enter a unique title for the entry

2. Enter a subject for the email. This value of this field will display in the subject line of the emails

3. Select the list of subscribers to send the emails to

4. Select the page for the content that will display in the body of the email

5. The 'From Name' will be the name that displays as the sender of the email

6. The 'From Email' will be the email address that displays as the email address the email was sent from

7. 'To Name is the name the email is addressed to

8. Action:

    Create Only

    Selecting Create Only will simply save the settings of the email, but does not send, or set up a later date and time to send

    Send Now

    Send the email as soon as 'Submit' is clicked

    Send Later

    Send Later allows a future date and time for the email to be sent

9. When 'Send Later' is selected a date can be selected in the 'Send On' field

10. When 'Send Later' is selected a date can be selected in the 'Send On' field
