Gallery Images:

 

  1. From the HoolaHoop menu go to Manage Content select Galleries

  2. Click on the blue pencil icon beside the gallery

  3. From the list of images in the gallery, select the one that the alt text/tags will be added to and click on the edit icon

  4. A new window will appear titled Edit Gallery. Click on the second tab of the window “Details”

  5. There is a field on the left-hand side, second from the top, to add “ALT Text” (see screenshot)

  6. When all text has been added click on Save and Close to apply changes




Rich Text Editor

 

  1. On the page that the image is uploaded, click on the edit icon of the content area containing the image

  2. Double click on the image to bring up image properties
    Alternatively, right click on the image and select “image properties”

  3. On The opening tab of image properties enter the alternative text into the second field from the top (see screenshot)

  4. Click on OK

  5. Click on Save to apply changes.
