Note: Before copying content, ensure that an asset name has been entered in publishing settings.
1. To copy content from one content area to another, or to a different page, hover over the content and click on the orange paperclip icon
2. A message will come up that says that the content has been copied to the clipboard. Click on OK
3. Navigate to the content area that the copied content will be pasted to and click on the green plus icon
4. Select the "Paste Content" grey tab
5. There are two paste options.
a) "Paste as linked asset" this will link the content, meaning that if a change is made in one place it will change it on every content area that content is linked to.
b) "Paste as new asset" pastes the content as it's own piece of content, so that it can be edited and only changed in one spot.
