In order to create a link that will open up an email that will auto-populate with contact information follow the steps below
1. Highlight the text that should be linked
2. Click on the Link button in the top right hand corner
3. Set the 'Link Type' to Email
4. Enter in the email that should populate to 'To' field of the email.
5. Click OK and save the content
