From the Treeview click on 'ADD PAGE'
1. Enter the page name
2. Select whether the page will be viewed by the public or private (if applicable)
3. If a page will be secondary to an existing page, select that page here
4. Page Types: Internal, this page will link within the website; external link, the page will link to a different website; No link, if the page will be in a menu, but will have no content because only the child pages will be opened.
5. Select the template used for the page
6. Determines the order the page displays in the treeview and in menus
7. Select Hidden if the page should not display in any menus or if you wish to "hide" from public till you're finished editing.
8. Custom URL will populate automatically with the page name
9. Select the metatag profile that should be used for the page
10. If another page will need to be created select 'Create Another' before saving and a new page can be created immediately.
